C.I. TIP ENOUGH TO SUPPORT SEARCH WARRANT

Defendant in a prosecution on drug charges alleged that an affidavit filed by police officers to support issuance of a search warrant contained inaccuracies and that said affidavit, minus the inaccuracies, lacked probable cause to support search of his apartment. A confidential informant verified several facts with respect to Defendant's drug operation. As such, police corroborated many of the informant's statements and established reliability that large amounts of drugs were located in Defendant's home and the search was lawful. United States v.
