TWO CHICAGO POLICE OFFICERS FOUND NOT GUILTY OF ALL CHARGES AND GIVEN AN AWARD FOR FULL BACK-PAY
H.H. and P.R. were charged with issuing numerous false parking tickets targeting a specific individual. Our investigation revealed that although the tickets were issued from books issued to H.H. and P.R., the tickets were not written by these officers.
