Lead Trial Attorney: Daniel Q. Herbert

A highly-decorated Chicago Police Officer was captured on surveillance video using force when removing an individual from a grocery store. The Superintendent filed charges against the Officer and sought his discharge. During the trial, the victim was impeached on the critical parts of his testimony. More, we were able to introduce evidence which entirely contradicted a portion of the allegations: the victim's version of the alleged battery within the police squad.
