Chicago Police Applicant L.C. was disqualified from the eligibility list for the position of probationary police officer for criminal conduct involving drugs. Candidate admitted during his polygraph that he sold oregano in a plastic bag for $20 as a prank, sold 3 pills of his prescription Vicodin for $2 per pill in middle school, and that he took Adderall in 2010.
